I get it, the process of buying and selling can feel overwhelming – especially if it also means starting over in a new location, a new school for children, leaving your favorite haunts, but don’t worry “I’ve got you” and have the tools and systems in place to make your next move as smooth as possible.
Real estate is not a one size fits all industry. My creative and modern approach to real estate marketing & negotiations gives the client a distinct advantage. I am fully involved in a client’s real estate needs, which translates into more net proceeds. I work each day for the client, to give an advantage for maximum exposure in selling their home = increased net proceeds.
I believe in clear, regular communication with weekly strategy sessions on what I’ve done to sell your home & always providing visuals of local market activity. I genuinely look out for the best interest of the client.
ABOUT my process: First, I get to know you and your individual needs. We sit down (or Zoom) and discuss my process in detail and then strategize with a plan that’s unique to you and your goals. I proactively manage every detail along the way, keeping you informed and prepared with solutions, for any obstacle that may be ahead.
I’ve been in real estate for 25+ years, mostly in the commercial lending arena before I transitioned over to the “dark side”. I am no stranger to hard work and enjoy working to get a home in tip top shape before it goes to market. There’s nothing I love more than to be the engine to drive the train to help others succeed. I’m the complete optimist, there is always a solution.
I’m a chronic walker (Garmin groups - yes!) and love learning and practicing health and wellness. When I’m not out showing homes or passing out high-quality print material about a client’s home, I’m grabbing a senior volunteer task w/ Neighbors Network https://neighborsnetworkfl.org/, or spending time with my four (4) grands, or hanging out with my husband, or pulling weeds in my yard (aka therapy).
Sellers - Why will my advice be 100% different that other real estate agents when it comes to getting your home ready for the selling market? https://mockbuyerreservices.com/ I understand what buyers are looking for in a home. Your home's condition and appeal should reflect what current buyers are looking for, in relation to your home’s price.
What are the two (2) most important real estate items you should know about me?
#1 - I know what I’m doing. #2 – You will be very happy with me.
